Vision & Beyond Capital Investments has named Scott Vastine to serve as general counsel in a move to ensure the business is poised to scale in existing and future markets. Vastine is an accomplished attorney with demonstrated success in the areas of corporate law, contracts, and litigation.
Vastine brings to Vision & Beyond more than 16 years legal practice experience, most recently a partner with The Jackson Law Firm, specializing in business and commercial litigation. As Vision & Beyond’s legal counsel, Vastine will serve as the company’s chief advisor and representative on all legal matters. He will also oversee the development and execution of contracts for acquisitions and with investment partners, clients, and vendors.
“Scott is a seasoned litigator and we’ve enjoyed working with him ever since we entered the Houston market last year,” says Stas Grinberg, co-founder and managing principal, Vision & Beyond. “Every deal involves a lot of moving pieces. Scott is the right person to grow with us as we pursue bigger deals and anticipate involving a series of 3rd party partners to get us to every closing.”
Vastine earned his Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, and a BA in political communications from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He will be based out of Vision & Beyond’s Houston office.
