Vision & Beyond Opens Executive Office in Mt. Auburn

New Space Intends to Support Strategy for Rapid Growth

Vision & Beyond Co-Founder Peter Gizunterman Cuts Ribbon at Executive Office Grand Opening

Cincinnati developer and construction firm Vision & Beyond Capital Investments celebrated a major step in its growth with the opening of its new executive offices at 2100 Auburn Avenue in Mt. Auburn.

“Our business is rapidly growing because there is so much potential for real estate investment in Cincinnati,” says Stas Grinberg, co-founder and CEO, Vision & Beyond. “We need to transition to more sophisticated operations, and this new space will support that strategy. Instead of working in the business, Peter and I are focused on working on the business, ensuring our structure and processes allow our partners to invest in even more opportunities.”

Founded in Cincinnati in 2018, Vision & Beyond has invested $84 million and acquired more than 1500 multifamily residential units in Greater Cincinnati. The company is poised to invest another $200 million in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, Ohio and Lexington, Kentucky this year.

“We started our business with two laptops, a couple binders full of real estate data, and a printer,” says Peter Gizunterman, co-founder, Vision & Beyond. “We’ve come a long way from running our business by driving around to local coffee shops to use the free Wi-Fi. This new space helps support our goal to create a commercial real estate entity that looks far beyond the Midwest.”

Vision & Beyond is an integrated commercial real estate firm that maintains control of every step of its investments including acquisition, renovation, building supply sourcing, and property management. Its construction subsidiary is based in Norwood and its property management subsidiary has an office in Corryville. The company also maintains an office outside of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Vision & Beyond employs 300 full-time employees and subcontractors in Greater Cincinnati.
