Vision & Beyond Announces Three Key Hires to Help Scale Business

Two New Female Executives Add Diversity to Developer’s Leadership Team

Vision & Beyond Capital Investments is growing its team to support strategic growth and expansion of the firm’s U.S. operations. The Cincinnati-based commercial real estate developer has appointed Stacy Walton to the role of vice president of asset management, and Cheryl Walters to the role of vice president of human resources. These appointments reflect a calculated move to enhance Vision & Beyond’s property management operations and scale the business for rapid growth.

Walton joins Vision & Beyond with more than 25 years of experience focused on developing and executing dynamic operational efficiencies for conventional property, luxury, and investment assets. She most recently spent 17 years serving as vice president of property operations and corporate director of Capital Investment Group’s Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida territories, overseeing a budget of $250 million and management of more than 85 property employees. Walton is the current regional vice president of the National Apartment Association and a past president of the Northern Kentucky Greater Cincinnati Apartment Association.

Walters comes to Vision & Beyond with more than 15 years of leadership-level human resources experience at Fortune 500-level firms and within startup environments. She was most recently the human resources director at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, the nation's largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy and specialty infusion services. In this role, Walters will work closely with Vision & Beyond’s executive team to develop and deploy a strategy that supports the firm’s growth in existing and future markets.

Vision & Beyond has also hired John Rubin to serve as the firm’s US-based director of investor relations. He comes to Vision & Beyond from Robert Lewis Group, a Cincinnati-based commercial real estate brokerage group. Rubin received his juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati and previously worked at the law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford LLC, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. He also gained experience with Cresa Cincinnati and Newmark Knight Frank. In this role, Rubin will work with Vision & Beyond’s Israeli-based investor relations team to replicate and adapt its strategy to raise capital from American investors.

“Stacy, Cheryl, and John are critical to our master plan of growing our presence in the Midwest and beyond,” says Stas Grinberg, managing partner, Vision & Beyond. “We are already exceeding our goals for 2021, and we have our eyes set on the target of becoming a billion-dollar company by 2023. This team will help us get there.”

Vision & Beyond Capital Investments was founded in Cincinnati in 2018 by Grinberg and Peter Gizunterman, two veterans with the Israel Defense Forces. The firm partners with international and U.S.-based investors to acquire, renovate, and lease value-add multifamily housing. Since its inception, the firm has invested $90 million in residential units in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Lexington.
