A fast-growing Cincinnati commercial real estate firm is looking to sell a portion of its apartment portfolio as it focuses on larger properties.
Vision & Beyond Capital Investments listed 66 properties with a total of 659 units for sale in February. Jordan Dickman and Nicholas Andrews with Marcus & Millichap in Cincinnati are marketing the portfolio for sale. There is no asking price for the portfolio.
