A Cincinnati-based commercial real estate developer is expanding its footprint to the Dayton area. This comes with the acquisition of an apartment complex near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Vision & Beyond Capital Investments recently acquired 60 units at East Pointe Apartments, which is located at 743 Old Harshman Road in Riverside. Exact terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but a spokesperson for the company said it was north of $2 million.
East Pointe Apartments is located near the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, and is a few miles from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. It is also situated between two highways — OH-4 and Interstate-675.
